Batman Begins

Julia and I went to see Batman Begins last night. I have one word. Amazing! The story was gripping and the action was believable yet still had the graphic novel flare for the spectacular. Christian Bale was perfect as the "New Batman." He does not over act and does a great job of blending the dark past of Bruce Wayne with the rebirth of Batman.

With the way that the movie ended, combined with the explanation of how Bruce Wayne’s parents were killed, has left me to wonder. Is Batman Begins truly the prequel or whether there will be a new clash between Batman and the Joker to be seen on the big screen in the coming years? I suppose that the gossip will begin in due time, but speculation will still continue.
