I am just finishing this great novel by Stephen Pressfield called Gates of Fire. The story is of the valiant defense of the Hot Gates of Thermopylae in 480 B.C by the Knights of Sparta and various other Greek allies. It is a narrative based on the actual events of the battle during the Persian King Xerxes attempt conquer Greece. It is an absolute a must read.
